<aside> 💡 I created and developed a personal food preparation business called Snake Bite. From concept, design, and production facilities to direct product delivery to customers. I founded The project solely as a socio-economic experiment with minimal financial capital, without partners or other employees. From a non-profit startup, the project grew into a daily small business. I handled all production stages: sourcing raw materials and exclusively seasonal ingredients, food preparation, delivery, communication with contractors, clients, etc. Throughout the project, I gained invaluable experience in running a business, familiarity with the public food sector, and building relationships with friendly companies in the vegetarian food niche, zero-waste production, and sustainable ecological development.
